I’m Jamie, a Senior Product Designer and design lead with 10+ years’ experience across fintech, consumer tech and ecommerce. I take complex products from discovery to delivery, combining research, interaction and visual design.

Most recently at ANNA Money, I led design on internal tools for customer support teams, exploring how automation and AI could cut repetitive work. I work closely with product and engineering, stay hands-on from problem framing to prototyping in Figma, and care about accessible, inclusive experiences.
